Great location near the Costanera Tower and metro makes city exploration easy the breakfast offers many tasty choices with a pleasant dining atmosphere more than accommodating staff helped make our stay enjoyable.

Room amenities were lacking. no complimentary extras like water or coffee maker were provided the bar closes too early limiting options for late-night relaxation.

Loved the comfy room and how close we were to the Costanera mall! Friendly staff made everything easy. The breakfast had great variety. Just wish the air conditioning worked better in the room.

Enjoyed the delicious breakfast with exceptional coffee. However, room service was uncooperative when I needed assistance.

I loved the attentive and friendly staff, along with excellent spa services that enhanced my stay. The location is perfect, allowing easy access to explore Santiago's gems.

The location is ideal, just a short stroll from the Costanera Center and numerous eateries, making it convenient for solo travelers. Breakfast was a highlight, featuring a fantastic variety and exceptional coffee, especially the vanilla cappuccino. However, noise from nearby football fans disrupted my stay due to match events, making relaxation difficult. Although the staff were generally kind and attentive, room service fell short of expectations.

stayed at novotel for 3 nights. the location is great, just a short walk to the tabalada metro station, which easily connects you to the city. the daily room service was thorough, and i must say, the indoor pool was a lovely bonus. plus, the staff at the restaurant were courteous, making dining enjoyable.

I had a fantastic stay with a lovely breakfast featuring great options, and I appreciated the filtering system for drinkable water. However, the sofa bed was uncomfortable for one of my kids.

We loved the spacious room and how close we were to the Costanera Shopping Mall. The kids enjoyed the 24/7 room service, especially the burgers. A highlight was our visit to the Santiago Cable Car, which offered incredible views, perfect for our large family.

For dads, it would be great if they had a dedicated luggage drop-off area.
